Ask for a "registration
packet".

Schedule an appointment to
take orientation training.

Take a C.P.R & First Aid
course.

Everyone 14 years and older
needs to have a TB test done.

Have all your family's
immunizations records up to date.

Have all pet's vaccination
records up to date.

A working smoke detector on
each floor of your home.

Mount a 40/BC (huge) fire extinguisher
in your kitchen. The top of the extinguisher must be no higher than five
feet above the floor and the bottom at least four inches above the floor or
any other surface

Make a First Aid kit include
the following; thermometer, multiple size band aids, tweezers, Syrup of
Ipecac, hydrogen peroxide, gauze pads, cotton balls.

Have your high school
diploma ,or G.E.D.

After you have attended
orientation training, reviewed minimum standards and made sure everything is
place, then call the state for an inspection appointment of your home.
